Annual Giving
Each year, Texas State University–San Marcos asks alumni, students, family members, friends, faculty, and staff to show their support by making a gift to the university. These gifts allow Texas State the opportunity to provide enhancements to the educational experience that tuition and fees do not cover. They also allow money to be immediately available for pressing needs and opportunities as they arise throughout the year.
Currently, tuition and fees only make up about 40% of the annual Texas State budget. On top of that, state and federal funding adds another 40%. Private support is critical for filling the remaining gap.
You may designate your gift to any area of the university and every gift makes a difference, no matter the size. Please join us as we come together to make a positive difference in the lives of all current and future Bobcats!
