Services:

• Provide alumni contact information in an electronic file format (PDF or CSV). Click here to go to the Report Request Form.
• Process contact information changes. Please email your updates to ais-services@txstate.edu.
• Track various student organizations, alumni activities and university boards/councils
• Act as a liaison for other University Advancement services and departments (fundraising appeals, scholarship and endowment procedures, event guidance)

Benefits of Using Our Services:

• Each semester all Texas State graduates are imported into the Alumni database
• Each month, all address records are run through address correction software that cleans, completes and verifies existing information. This ensures that each address is a valid, deliverable address according to USPS standards, which significantly reduces returned mail.
• All addresses are run against the National Change of Address (NCOA) database 4 times per year. NCOA is a service that provides change of address information for individuals, families and businesses who file change of address information with the US Postal Service.
• Partnering with AIS is a win/win opportunity! Alumni tend to share updates where their affinity lies (for example, a favorite professor or their graduating department/college). When you receive an update, simply send it to ais-services@txstate.edu and we take care of the rest!
