Advancement Information Services is here to support your data, reporting and technology needs. The following is a list of services we provide to the University Advancement division:

• Generate mailing, donor and other types of lists in electronic file format (PDF or CSV) upon request. Click here to go to the Report Request Form.
• Create new records, process updates to existing records and enter all gifts/memberships (please e-mail all requests to ais-services@txstate.edu and include the constituent’s name and Millennium ID number, if possible, in addition to the data update)
• Develop custom reports
• Add new content or make requested changes to existing University Advancement web pages (send requests to millie.vonstultz@txstate.edu)
• Access to Millennium, shared drives and shared mailboxes.  Click here to go to the Access Request Form.
• One-on-one or departmental Millennium training (viewing data and running standard reports)
• Develop custom web applications
• Utilize technology to streamline and improve business processes
• Assist with the selection and implementation of third-party software
• Install third-party software on desktop computers
