Mission

Mission:

Advancement Information Services (AIS) is committed to maintaining alumni and donor records, ensuring data integrity, and providing accurate contact information to Texas State colleges,  departments and programs for the purpose of advancing relationships, involvement and giving.

Goals:

• Increase the collection and accuracy of biographic/demographic information in the Millennium database
• Increase the use of technology to enhance day-to-day work efficiency and accuracy
• Increase awareness of the AIS department and provide tools for reporting services
• Make information readily available to the Texas State University community for the purpose of fostering and advancing relationships with alumni, parents, and friends
