Texas State University is growing in size, enrollment and prestige. More than 34,000 students — a record number — enrolled in fall 2011. Texas State is now the fifth largest university in Texas and the 36th largest in the United States. New construction is transforming the look of campus: an elegant new Performing Arts Center, an Undergraduate Academic Center, a new housing complex and outstanding new facilities for our athletics teams.

Much of this exciting growth has been made possible through the generosity of our alumni and friends. And these alumni and friends will play an important role in the months and years to come.

In University Advancement we develop and maintain relationships with friends and alumni of Texas State. We can answer any questions you have about how to become part of this exciting time at our university.

University Advancement also oversees alumni and donor relations, processes gifts and conducts research about potential contribution opportunities. We also:

• Administer the corporate matching gifts program
• Plan and manage stewardship
• Maintain financial records
• Receipt corporate and individual private gifts according to the Texas State Gift Policy
