Electronic Bank Draft

Texas State University offers Automatic Bank Draft as a simple and convenient way to support the University. This option allows donors to contribute monthly through their checking or savings account. Using an Automatic Bank Draft offers the advantage of spreading out your gift over 12 equal installments. Gifts can be directed to specific programs, funds, or endowments, as it is quick, easy, and secure.

How It Works

Each month, a draft request will be sent to your bank which will deduct the amount of your monthly gift from your account.

Draft Date

Your account will be drafted between the 1st and 7th day of every month.

Getting Started

Complete this simple form and return it to the Texas State University Donor Services office along with a voided check or savings deposit slip. We will begin drafting your donation within 45 days of processing your request.

Cancelling

Donors can choose to cancel this service at any time by contacting the Texas State University Donor Services Office at 512-245-3022.
