The Office of Donor Relations is responsible for the maintenance, integrity and currency of the Millennium software system, which serves as Texas State’s Alumni and Development Alumni and Development Information System (ADIS) or database management system.  Donor Relations handles pledge and gift entry, pledge billing and receipting of gifts and pledge payments and updating constituency biographical data, including addresses.  In addition, Donor Relations generates various fundraising and accounting reports, develops policy for managing the ADIS, provides training of all University Advancement Millennium users, as well as exploring and testing new productivity and data enhancement tools and providing Millennium data to the university community in useable forms.
