Provide on-going forums to discuss priorities.
Utilizing college and program advisory councils to achieve the purposes
Target select administrators, faculty and UA staff to build communication strategies to position external constituents
Solicit income to meet university priorities.
Serve as a facilitator to promote collaboration among departments and colleges in response to prospective funding opportunities
Ensure that the gift meets the university priority and the donor’s passion.
Ensure mutually beneficial results for stakeholders.
Obtain necessary resources (human capital, operational funds) to conduct a pride in action campaign.
Consistent feedback to donors via faculty and students.
