Annual Giving
| Each year, Texas State University–San Marcos asks alumni, friends, faculty, and staff to show their support by making a gift to the university. These gifts allow Texas State the opportunity to provide enhancements to the educational experience that tuition and fees do not cover. They also allow money to be immediately available for pressing needs and opportunities as they arise for our students, faculty, and staff though out the year. Currently, tuition and fees covers less than half of the actual cost of a Texas State education and the state provides nearly 30% of the cost making private support critical for filling in the gap. You may designate your gift to the area of your choice whether that is a specific college, a department or a program and every gift makes a difference, no matter the size. Please join us as we come together to make a difference in the lives of all current and future Bobcats! |  |
